MILLSTONE

Named after the millstone on its bank, this swim features regularly in the catch reports fulfilling many anglers dreams. The first swim on the dam wall that gives access to the island, a major feature of the lake and obvious carp haven. The right hand side of the island margins have depths of 4 to 5 ft, sloping down to about 8ft. The front edge of the island is shallower at 2 to 3ft, dropping slightly as you go to the right into the bay with bottom being mainly hard clay and gravel. The bay to the right averages 4ft and is a great place to intercept fish especially during the warmer months.

Limit 22 wraps. This swim controls the island NOT warblers. You may cast to right but ONLY if bay is unoccupied.
