260 mile trip to Fryerning results in a unknown 30!!

Lancashire Carp Baits boss Alan Sutherland-King is one of the most dedicated anglers we have ever seen!

Along with his wife Alan travels over 260 miles to fish The Main Lake, such is the pull of Fryerning!

In two sessions so far Alan has caught 6 carp and 5 cat fish, all caught on his companies K9 Roubignoles boillies.

His most recent session produced this stunning looking, un-named mirror which span the scales round to 30lb 4oz and made the trip worth while.

Alan’s baits certainly seem to be a bit special, evidence of this was when he gave Paul Grayston a bag of them and two hours later he had fish of 24lb 4oz and 20lb 1oz

“We started the business Lancashire carp baits in 2012 but unfortunately due to ill health we had to stop. Now we are better we are back up and running. We make just 1 bait. Our k9 Roubignoles boilies have acounted for thousands of carp since 2012, You only need 1 bait to catch a carp and in my mind this is the best bait. Its a coated fishmeal boilie thats stuffed with the stuff carp like.The K9 Roubignoles have had massive success for many people getting new PB’s all over the uk and south of france. We decided to go in hyde bay due to the wind sat there with just small cats taking the bait at first then just as night was coming in the alarm screamed off after a little play we had the pleasure of landed this mirror made me a very happy man. Not part of the A-Team but still a very nice fish!”
