Stripe makes 520 mile trip well worth it!
It just goes to show you are doing it half rite if your members are willing to do a 520 mile round trip for a few nights angling!
Last week Lancashire Carp Baits owner Alan Sutherland King and Team member Jamie Wilding drove all the way from Blackpool to fish for some of the best carp about!
Finding a few marks on the steps swim Jamie a guest of Alans soon found some fish in The steps swim a duly spread a few kilos of the K9 Roubignoles Boilies on the marks.
Within a couple of hours at around 19:00 he was rewarded for his efforts with The Stripe at 30.8lb. Jamie also lost 2 others and can’t wait to get on the bank at Fryerning describing it as ”a stunning place and probably the nicest water he has ever had the pleasure of fishing”.
