The Stripes back in town!

Late last year, the decision was made to move one of the beat looking carp around, The stripe from The Main Lake to our moated stock pond.

The reasons behind this move was to give the fish a rest (it was becoming a bit of a regular visitor to the bank) and to allow it to spawn with some equally impressive fish in the stock pond.

After several months rest from angling pressure and a top quality diet of pellets and boilies the Stripe was witnessed spawning and she was left to do her thing.

Recently we drained the stock pond and removed the A-Team stunner returning her back to the Main Lake.

The stock pond now also contains many of her fry which is great news for the future here at Fryerning!
